What happened to the left side?

The service good price good product. The left side has very low volume and it sounds like a Bluetooth problem.

Item non-functional and missing battery …

… what more can one say. This is the typical experience. I ordered a few other tools with batteries and each either battery missing or dead battery. They don’t even offer to replace or make right. And I’ve been a regular customer - but no longer.

Box came damaged and left open. See photo.

Canceled order …

No explanation - typically they would just not include a battery or a functional one … service and quality over past few purchases has been abysmal with poor customer satisfaction. This was my last purchase. See other review at quality of service and delivery.

Arrived in one day seriously.

I guess I must live close to this company's warehouse or something but i ordered this thing yesterday afternoon and it was delivered in less than 24 hours. So that's a win off the bat.

Anyway the box was a bit destroyed and taped back together but the item is as good as new. It's clean and works great. Too early to say as far as durability but it seems very solid and my other Ridgid tools have been great so I'm not worried.
