Customer Reviews: Real Stories & Trusted Feedback

So glad I ordered from Secondipity, I'd seen other listings for the speaker other places that had various damage or wear but the unit I received from Secondipity was brand new; Flawless, clean, packaged well. Setup and pairing was smooth and the quality of the product is really really good. I will likely buy another soon now that I know the condition of what they send so that I can use the stereo and party connect features.

Excellent Headphones. Wish I had bought them sooner before I spent money on others. Don’t think twice about them.

These are the third iteration of the WH-CH 700N series which is one of Sony's mid-level performers. They arrived as described in new condition for a much lower price than found elsewhere. No issues, I'm enjoying the headphones!

The open box Sony SRSXB23 arrived in excellent condition and is working great paired with another XB23 that I purchased new for close to 3x as much. I would buy again.
