Out of 2 batteries, the 2.0Ah was used and damaged, and only the 4.0Ah worked. It shows fully charged, but when plugged into the tools doesn't work and doesn't charge.

Item arrived in damaged box. All parts in the bag. Both batteries arrived working and no issues. Purchased with 30% off home tools coupon so very satisfied.
I was sent a package that was obviously sent back and they sent it right out to me. Batteries did not charge. They hope you will not bother to send back. Do not do business with these guys, you will get burned. They are SO dishonest. Why don't they allow zero stars?
