Include the lot ID and SKU, your receiving ZIP and a short description of the question. If an image is unclear, identify the image or manifest page. For an existing purchase, include the order number so the team can connect your message with the correct transaction.
For Pittston pickup
Free advance-arranged pickup applies to the designated 21 featured pallet SKUs. Include your lot IDs, preferred date or date range and planned vehicle or trailer. Wait for an agreed appointment and loading instructions before traveling. Sending a preferred date does not confirm an appointment.
For delivery
Tell us the destination ZIP, pallet count, location type and whether you need liftgate service or have access constraints. The published freight rates are per pallet; liftgate is $100 once per delivery. Ask about any requirement or destination that is not clearly covered before ordering.
