This Ryobi pruner works GREAT!!! Works much better on "green" wood/vines than old dried ones. It was easily cutting through 1" green lemon tree branches.

Item was damaged

Out of 2 batteries, the 2.0Ah was used and damaged, and only the 4.0Ah worked. It shows fully charged, but when plugged into the tools doesn't work and doesn't charge.

Batteries Are Trash

I was sent a package that was obviously sent back and they sent it right out to me. Batteries did not charge. They hope you will not bother to send back. Do not do business with these guys, you will get burned. They are SO dishonest. Why don't they allow zero stars?
