Shipping & Returns




We offer free standard shipping within the continental United States on all orders.

Secondipity will, under most circumstances, ship your order within two business days of purchase. All items ordered are in stock and available for immediate shipment.

We use UPS, USPS, and FedEx to ship all qualifying orders. We do not offer shipping to APO, FPO or PO boxes. Tracking information will be provided for all shipments via email.

For larger items that cannot be shipped UPS, we utilize a nationwide delivery service. Please contact us if you have any questions on shipping or delivery prior to placing your order.



Can I return the item for any reason?


At Secondipity, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If your item does not live up to your satisfaction, we will take it back within 30 days. Please see the above FAQ for our extended guarantee during the holiday season. All returns do require authorization, so please contact to initiate a return. Secondipity can offer level 1 technical support and can likely resolve most difficulties remotely.

If the item is fully functional but you have decided you no longer need it, you have two weeks from date of purchase to initiate a return. Secondipity will refund 100% of the purchase price (including original shipping and sales tax). Return shipping and any customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. 

In the unlikely event of a functional defect with the item, Secondipity will provide a full refund. Upon receipt, Secondipity evaluates the item for functionality. If the item is defective, a full refund will be provided.

Please keep in mind as you make your purchase that the items Secondipity sells can be new, refurbished or open box units. They will not always look like what you buy at the store, but they should always work just as well.

Do you offer a guarantee on your products?

We strongly recommend checking any unit upon receipt to confirm it meets your expectations. We honor our guarantee for 30 days from the date of purchase. For any gifts purchased after November 30th, we will honor the guarantee through January 10th. We request that you contact us as soon as you notice an issue with your purchase to ensure that your concerns are resolved as quickly as possible. 


What is your policy on returns if I ship the product internationally?

Please note that all purchases are restricted for shipping to locations as defined in our shipping policy/listing. Any product exported or shipped via freight forwarder is consider a violation of our terms of sale and may void the return policy. For product shipped outside the US, any returns/exchanges will require the buyer to return the product and incur any additional expense therein. Partial refunds will not be considered as a means to resolve defect claims. Because of potential damage from non-US shippers, we will require the product to be returned for inspection prior to any refund or exchange.
