This item was USED, not NEW

This items was clearly used before even though it was convincingly packaged in what looked like the original packaging. There was dried milk in the top. I ended up keeping it and cleaning it very thoroughly as I did not want the hassle of dealing with the company, but I would not order anything from Secondipity again. That being said, the Nespresso works really well. Just gross that an item used with food came used and not even fully clean.

Be careful if purchasing Stanley cups. I am not sure about other items but they should not be listed as NEW if they have cosmetic damage. I had a scratch on it. I’ve heard of others with similar experiences. I have two others coming listed as NEW and will update on their condition.

Frustratingly Slow Shipping, No Option to Cancel

While I haven't had a chance to experience the headphones themselves, the shipping experience has been a major letdown. It's been over a week since my order, and the tracking information shows my package has been sitting in Texas for 7 days with an estimated delivery another week away.

What's worse is that I was unable to refuse the order or choose a faster shipping option due to the limited carrier choices. It's frustrating to be stuck waiting this long with no recourse. To make matters worse, I'm leaving for vacation soon and won't be able to use the headphones for quite some time.

I'm eager to try out the headphones, but this shipping ordeal has significantly dampened my enthusiasm. Hopefully, the product itself will make up for this initial disappointment, but I'd caution potential buyers to factor in potentially lengthy shipping times if they're considering purchasing from this seller.
