The batteries and charger and charging cord were missing in the box

The batteries and charger and charging cord were missing in the box. Without them, the heated cushion is useless! I will never buy from this selling again!!! Very poor business practice and misleading to the buyers not receiving the product they paid for. Very disappointing!
