Refurbed to pretty much new. I had this really annoying issue where the bluetooth kept switching to call mode. Went crazy on debugging. Tried my Bose and found out it was my phone causing this issue. Restarted my phone - no more issues. Just thought that might help someone else in casethat was happening to them.

Excellent Pair of headphones!

This was my first time buying from here and I was very skeptical at first due to the extremely low price but once I received and tried them on, they were actually the real thing! Also the shipping was lightning fast (2 days). I will definitely be stopping by here again soon to find my hidden gems!

Faulty headphones?/short return policy

Unfortunately after trying these out for about 2 months and trying to adjust them the ANC still sucks! I initially purchased these since IO really liked my WH1000XM4 headphones. I'm thinking I got a faulty pair from secondipity but unfortunately got busy/tried a few things to fix the headphones... reset app/headphones/factory reset/etc.... Nope the XM6s still don't filter out conversations/etc... it sounds like its coming straight through which was not an issue with the XM4s. be warned the return policy is quite strict/short so I would recommend trying them/purchasing from a different retailer with a longer return/exchange policy. Very disappointed and wont be purchasing Sony headphone products or any items from Secondipity in the future.

Unfortunately, we only have a 30 day return period, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

Horrible Customer Service / Order was never received

Order was never received, UPS advised sender needs to file claim. Company refused to assist, and advised they would no longer respond to my emails asking for help and an explanation as to why they refuse to not open a case with UPS.

The tracking on the UPS website shows it was delivered to the address provided at checkout. Unfortunately we are unable to file claims for 'not recieved' via customer service. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Not a major upgrade

Upgrading from xm4s: these feel slightly more premium. I do not find they clamp too hard as some reviews note. Unfortunately, noise canceling in everyday use is not noticeably better (though I have not tried on a plane yet), which was my reason for upgrading. In a blind test I would not be able to distinguish which headphone was which; disappointing with a model coming out 5 years later. The case has grown in size, making it harder to fit in a small bag. Overall, would not upgrade from the 2020 model again. No issues with the refurb that I can tell, except there's no box. They do not appear "used."
