Missing key parts

Missing parts!!!!!!!! Saw blade washer and bolt to connect dust exhaust tube missing. Open Box not properly checked for key parts!!!!!!!! Not a good deal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Home dept had new saw on sale for 20 bucks more!!!!
