Appears to be in reasonable condition

Appears to be in reasonable condition, I.E. little use. NO charging cable included . 1/2 full of staples , which were jammed/broken around the "plunger " disabling the stapler . Seems to function ok after prying the pieces out. Battery taking long time to charge. No owners manual. Disappointed, non-functioning and missing critical components is not my experience with open-box items from other vendors

Not as loud as I thought it would be

Not as loud as I thought it would be, lacking bass. Gets distorted after about 75% volume. For $75 its ok, but would rather spend a bit more for a JBL.

Less open box more open to discard it

I’ve have purchased open box items before and they have always been in decent condition. But this battery has seen better days. It has had a long and successful career perhaps building several houses before it came to my house to retire with many a scar and dents. Needless to say I am disappointed. This is not just an open box item, it should have been sent to recycle.
