Tool is in great condition, but is missing a piece (the soap container). Reached out to customer service didn't hear back from anyone.

Such a great deal on these batteries. The batteries come only partially charged, so simply insert them into the charger and let 'em "juice up." Really handy having the indicator lights on each battery to tell me how much charge the battery has (25/50/75/100 percent).
Box was rough but product seems to work great.
