Refurbed to pretty much new

Refurbed to pretty much new. I had this really annoying issue where the bluetooth kept switching to call mode. Went crazy on debugging. Tried my Bose and found out it was my phone causing this issue. Restarted my phone - no more issues. Just thought that might help someone else in casethat was happening to them.

The earbuds i received were not even factory reset

The earbuds i received were not even factory reset. They still showed the name of the previous owner not sure what sort of certification process these devices went through if they were not even factory reset. Also i was hoping for the device to be in better condition, it show lot of usage.

I’m missing the battery

I’m missing the battery. The description mentioned that it comes with a battery and charger. How can this be fixed?
