Sony XM5 (Refurbished) Review.

I had ordered Sony Xm5 (used/refurbished) from the website and it arrived within a couple of days and the quality of the headphones is just amazing, having no scratches and totally new with box and all the accessories. It’s always Awsome to save some bucks on something used that looks and feels totally new.
The website is way better than Ebay and FB Marketplace.

Not as good as the WH-1000XM4

I own two pair of the WH-1000XM4 (different colors), and the WH-1000XM5 just aren't as comfortable. As for the sound quality, I think they're on par, but there's less clamp force on the WH-1000XM5, so the passive isolation isn't quite as strong.

Great Headphones at a Great Price

Purchased these a few months ago and have been using them very regularly with no issues. Honestly the only issue I have with them is the Sony Soundcore app.
