The initial review was provided only after trying to call customer service on Jan 28th.
At the time I tried to persuade them that a full refund (based on return of item) wasn't necessary, and that I'd gladly take a partial refund for the mix-up, instead I was refused a return or a partial refund on a minor technicality (noted on previous review).
I believe that a partial refund is the most cost effective and fair way to deal with this, for both myself as well as the Secondipity.
