The Milwaukee drill/driver combo is a very nice compact unit that has plenty of power and torque to handle the toughest DIY'r jobs around the home. I had never used this website but found this "open box" deal at a decent discounted price. I placed the order and delivery was on time. However, this model was suppose to contain a 2.0 amp hour battery and a 4.0 amp battery, but instead had the 2.0 & a 3.0 amp battery instead of the 4.0 amp XC battery that was even listed on the outside of the box. I emailed customer service and they told me to send it back for a refund. I made a suggestion that they consider a possible further discount to make up for the difference in the batteries, but their reply didn't even mention that and simply told me to follow to instructions to return it for a refund. I felt like I was receiving automated responses to my emails and their only response was for me to return it. I can't say whether they knew about the different battery or if they didn't examine the contents of the open box closely enough to notice that. I suppose whoever purchased it originally could have swapped the battery before returning it, but I will never know. I did decide to just keep it and use it, but I feel more could have been done to make me a satisfied customer, so in that regard Secondipity falls short and seemed very inflexible.

the left ear cushion fell off

the left ear cushion fell off, and was very hard to re-install.
I'm not sure it will stay in place. the headphones are useless without the cushion. Don't know why it fell off, it just did.
