The pallet price is one part of a wholesale buying decision. Landed cost adds the charges needed to get that inventory to your receiving location. A useful comparison shows each component separately so you can distinguish the listed pallet price, freight, optional receiving services and your own operating costs.

For Secondipityโ€™s featured Target pallet assortment, the buyer pays freight in addition to the pallet price. Free pickup is an alternative for the designated 21 pallet SKUs when arranged in advance at the Pittston, Pennsylvania warehouse. Confirm destination coverage and receiving details before ordering.

Start with this calculation

Estimated pallet-and-delivery subtotal = sum of the pallet prices + freight rate ร— number of pallets + any applicable liftgate charge.

The published regional rates for the featured assortment are Eastern $350 per pallet, Central $350 per pallet, Mountain $425 per pallet and Pacific $525 per pallet. Liftgate service adds $100 once per delivery, rather than once per pallet. If an order will require separate deliveries, confirm the delivery plan and charges before treating it as one shipment.

Freight rates for the featured Pittston pallets
Region Freight per pallet
Eastern $350
Central $350
Mountain $425
Pacific $525

Use the regional coverage information and confirm the region for your destination. Shipping is available within the United States only; that does not establish coverage or a fixed rate for every U.S. address. Ask about unclear or unlisted destinations and any receiving service not specifically priced here. Do not assume a residential address or limited-access site has no additional requirements.

Worked example: one decorative accessories pallet

Lot PTBH11973 lists 42 units and $2,879.99 in total MSRP. At its $864.00 pallet price, the average acquisition cost is $20.57 per listed unit before delivery.

  • Eastern or Central freight: $864 + $350 = $1,214, or approximately $28.90 per listed unit.
  • That same one-pallet delivery with liftgate: $864 + $350 + $100 = $1,314, or approximately $31.29 per listed unit.
  • Advance-arranged free warehouse pickup: the pallet price is $864, with your travel, vehicle and handling costs considered separately.

These are planning examples using the pallet price and published regional charge. They exclude any applicable tax, unconfirmed additional service charges and your operating costs. Confirm the current listing price and the complete amount due before purchase.

Worked example: more than one pallet

For two pallets on one confirmed Eastern delivery, the published freight component is 2 ร— $350 = $700. If liftgate is needed for that delivery, add $100 once, making the freight-and-liftgate component $800. Add both pallet selling prices to calculate the subtotal. Do not multiply the $100 delivery charge by the number of pallets.

Average unit cost is a planning tool

Dividing the subtotal by the manifestโ€™s unit count gives an average across the listed contents. It does not assign the same value to every item and does not account for differences in condition, preparation work or whether you can sell a particular unit. A pallet with more units can still require more labor or storage than a smaller lot.

To plan conservatively, estimate your own preparation and selling costs and consider a separate scenario with fewer saleable units. The buyer tools page includes a worksheet structure. Enter your assumptions explicitly and avoid treating MSRP as forecast revenue.

Compare pickup fairly

Free warehouse pickup removes the published delivery charge; your collection trip still consumes time and resources. Compare mileage, vehicle suitability, loading arrangements and the appointment requirements with the freight option. Read the Pittston pickup guide before arranging a trip.

When you have selected your lot IDs and receiving method, ask about a pallet, delivery or pickup to confirm any unresolved delivery details.
