This was my first bad experience with Secondipity, but it was a doozy. The hammer drill I ordered arrived without the handle. If you know anything about hammer drills, they don't work without the handle. I sent a message to support, and they offered a $15.00 refund if I would keep the item. There's no way to find the actual handle for this thing, so I declined, asked to return and get a refund. They sent instructions to go to their website and get a refund, but the instructions were incorrect, so I asked them again for clarity. This time they sent me to the refund page, but there's no option for missing parts, so I was unable to use the refund option. I contacted them again, and they ghosted me. So now I've spent over $100.00 on a tool that I can't even use, and the refund window has closed. Super disappointed as I had good experiences with them in the past, but this time they just didn't seem to care.
