It's okay when it works

It works after multiple pushes, but when it does it's fine. Not a great toaster but not a bad one, just would have loved to know that it wasn't fully functional before purchasing it. Also, open box usually means just opened and returned without use, this came with crumbs in it, so clearly it was used.
