Great shoe! The memory foam is amazing and they’re so cute! They make me about 2 inches taller

Never arrived

The estimate was 2-4 days but here it is 10 days later and I never received it. I’ve reached out to secondipity by email 3 times with zero response. I called and got someone on the phone who told me to wait after it hadn’t shipped out 3 days after I purchased the speaker. USPS can’t tell me where my purchase is. The USPS website said one location so I offered to go pick it up but when I called they said it wasn’t there. A total distaster. Poor customer service is why I will go back to Amazon.

This is NOT new.

I bought this swimsuit that was listed as "new." Not only is it not new, it is missing the optional strap, and it has a big stain or bleach mark on it. I guess I've learned a lesson.

Batteries work. Chargers is dead.

Buying from Secondipity always seems like a roll of the dice. You just have to know what you are in for. Sometimes, the product is like new, other times is broken or partially broken. This time, the battries came fully charged, but thecharger it self was DOA. I submitted a service request, but never heard back.

Great product but...

Product is exactly what I wanted. Problem is that it was covered in brown dust and just overall filthy. Box was ripped in two different places as well. For a "new" product, I expect more... At least it was in a box and not a bag this time! Better than normal!
