Batteries work. Chargers is dead.

Buying from Secondipity always seems like a roll of the dice. You just have to know what you are in for. Sometimes, the product is like new, other times is broken or partially broken. This time, the battries came fully charged, but thecharger it self was DOA. I submitted a service request, but never heard back.
