Missing items in box

This is the second time, I ordered something from here and parts are missing. Additionally, the customer service doesn't really care. Ordered a battery set, didn't come with the charger as described. I bought a charger myself and guess what, the batteries don't charge. They refuse to return because it's been over 30 days. Done with this place.
