2amp battery doesn't work, can't get a replacement

the 2.0 amp battery WON'T CHARGE, it needs to be replaced and I CAN'T GET YOU TO REPLACE IT ....WHY???

Used the wrong image and one of the two batteries were DOA but I filed for a warranty replacement with Ryobi and a week later I have a new battery. Not the best experience but not bad for $40

Not HP batteries, misleading picture

These are not HP batteries. Picture is misleading. After checking SKU/ UPC it shows the basic battery starter pack. Not sure why they havent Corrected this
