This is the second time, I ordered something from here and parts are missing. Additionally, the customer service doesn't really care. Ordered a battery set, didn't come with the charger as described. I bought a charger myself and guess what, the batteries don't charge. They refuse to return because it's been over 30 days. Done with this place.
Hello we truly apologize for this inconvenience however, our refund policy allows a 30 day money back guarantee on all products and the item was not eligible to be returned since it fell outside the return timeframe.
Batteries arrived in New condition. Both accepted a full charge and work flawlessly.
Was expecting the high performance like in the picture. Got the starter batteries
Box contained only 1 battery and a broken charger.

Buying from Secondipity always seems like a roll of the dice. You just have to know what you are in for. Sometimes, the product is like new, other times is broken or partially broken. This time, the battries came fully charged, but thecharger it self was DOA. I submitted a service request, but never heard back.
