Great Trimmer, Batteries DOA

The trimmer was never used and works great at a terrific price with fast & free shipping! However, both of the 2 batteries
included came DOA and appeared used- neither could be charged (flashing red light). It was probably a returned unit with someone swapping out their dead batteries for the new ones. Secondipity obviously did not check this unit to see if it was operational. Fortunately, Black & Decker will replace the batteries under their warranty. Black & Decker, GREAT; Secondipity, SO-SO.
