The tracking showed the item was not shipped. i inquired and was told to wait until the end of the day after it was due. I waited, it never arrived. Then they sent it. The box was badly damaged and contained no packing materials and no outer box. it was delivered to the wrong address and was missing both batteries and the impact driver. Out of country hard to understand poor customer service rep rudely offered a $45 partial refund. They did not have a replacement and forced me to take the damaged box to a UPS store 10 miles from my house. I did get a refund and strongly recommend never using this company. They are awful.

I have not totally unboxed the item, but I did inspect it by opening the box. It looks brand new. I am so happy to have gotten this item which was essentially half price. Christmas is a little harder this year and I appreciate this site for allowing me the opportunity to get this for such a steal. I will be purchasing other items for sure!

The box was very damaged and made the set lòok used. The inside contents were mostly okay.

I've order so many items from this site with great success.This was my first bad item. Though it was open box I think so...Everything was great and intact, but the little light didn't work at all. Unfortunate that I can't see if the product works as intended but oh well.

I love my dual heater Fan. I use it now by my desk because it's so cold in NJ but I am also looking forward to using it in the summer as my fan. It's perfect for what I need.
