Received the wrong item, missing both the battery and charger

They sent a non-misting fan from the hybrid series (cost $30 brand new), box was missing the battery and charger. The fan they sent was clearly broken and not broken in transit, but was broken before they sent it, you can tell from the dirt buildup on it. Don't buy from this scam of a company. They just ship trash in a box.
