Faulty lids

We’ve had three FreeSips, all three have had the carry loop break. We tried to order replacements through the site, and they were sold out of ALL colors for MONTHS! Additionally, the “lifetime warranty” was is meaningless as the company—who clearly have issues with the way they are manufacturing their lids, as they can’t keep the replacements in stock!—determined the last one to break, was due to a “bump” (their words!) and therefore not covered under warranty. Again, it’s happened to THREE different lids! This is CLEARLY an issue with how they are made. Additionally, we’ve had a button break on a replacement lid, but I digress. BUYER BEWARE!
