The product is absolutely terrible

The product is absolutely terrible. Upon receiving the earbuds, they told me to fully recharge first. I have noticed that earbud gets extremely hot. I have used Linkbuds S before, never had this issue. During charging the whole thing gets hotter and hotter, and starts blinking with red lights, indicating issue with charging/overheating. Absolutely terrible.

Great little bud as a refurb

Initial thought was pretty bad because when it came, it looks like it was still registered under someone else and is trackable. No instructions on how to remove previous owner. Had to reach out to Sony for direction. Otherwise, it’s a great little bud.
