I bought from secondipity many times via ebay and I have loved it. But this time, the headphones I received is of used quality. Some damage to the earcup cushion, dirty case that can't be cleaned, and some missing accessories. Though, of course the headphones are working fine. I have mixed feelings.
The refurbished headphone's battery died within 4 months. The warranty company makes you pay for shipping to and from the facility in NY. After the headphones were "fixed", the battery died again within the month. terrible quality and terrible warranty policy. The headphones themselves are great, I simply do not trust this site's quality. Find another second seller or just buy brand-new from an actual reputable seller.

Product had some dust on it and was missing some packaging inside the box, but otherwise was new. This was a great buy and it works wonderfully.
Now I've only had it for a day but it was packaged well, started right up (90% battery), had the charging cable and within less than a minute I had it playing some music. At only 50% volume it sounded pretty good inside. Good chance I'm going to buy another to pair them up.
Great Tool Just Like you would get at the big box store, but at a better price.
I was a little unsure if these headphones would work, but they have been absolutely amazing. I’ve had them for about a week now they took a little getting used to. Now I love to wear them just doing everyday tasks because they’re so comfortable. The battery also lasts a while. I haven't needed to charge them yet.
Frustrating place to shop. Search results not sorted intuitively, login is weird with email link, descriptions are general for all product types (referb, new, etc). Once you order you cannot find a way to get back to the main product page, tracking shipping requires a separate app, shipping packaging is poorly packed, and I cannot find the return link anywhere. So frustrating.
Shippped in packaging that made me nervous, but man, it's like this device was never used! Great price and teceived fairly quickly 👌🏾

The string trimmer pieces could not be fit easily. Had to watch multiple videos to realize it was supposed to be very easy. Finally had to force it in after struggling for a long time
