Amazing noise canceling, the fit is a little tight. No issues with it being second-hand.
These "Certified Refurbished" headphones unboxed with a strong, pungent smell of second-hand tobacco, old dirty motel carpet, and medieval urinal. They function fine, but I had to take multiple showers and handwashes to get rid of the foul smell. Awful product and service from Secondipity.
Item arrived earlier than expected and without the original packaging I would have immediately discarded anyway. Everything else was included and looked brand new. Thanks!
They look like new, as described, just without the original box. They're also definitely the best noise cancelling headphones out there.
Absolutely horrible experience! I ordered an item, but when the package arrived, it was completely empty. I contacted customer service immediately, and their response was beyond frustrating. They claimed the courier company weighed the package at 1.5 lbs, so apparently, it’s my problem that the contents were missing? How does that even make sense? I received an empty box with no product inside, and they’re just brushing it off like it’s normal. Avoid this company if you value your time and money!
