I bought multiple Sony products from secondipity. Never had a problem. I saved so much money off retail price for items that are to my knowledge and brand new condition this is my go-to spot for Sony speakers

Unit itself seems ok

Unit itself seems ok... But you shipped it with no packaging and hardly any bubble wrap, and the box was obviously bounced around. Plus..the unit had been turned on! I actually knew it was delivered bc another device kept trying to connect to me tv. Weird experience.

Battery charged like it should and I saved a ton. Very happy!

Appears to be in reasonable condition, I.E. little use. NO charging cable included . 1/2 full of staples , which were jammed/broken around the "plunger " disabling the stapler . Seems to function ok after prying the pieces out. Battery taking long time to charge. No owners manual. Disappointed, non-functioning and missing critical components is not my experience with open-box items from other vendors
