Start ShoppingFrustrating place to shop. Search results not sorted intuitively, login is weird with email link, descriptions are general for all product types (referb, new, etc). Once you order you cannot find a way to get back to the main product page, tracking shipping requires a separate app, shipping packaging is poorly packed, and I cannot find the return link anywhere. So frustrating.
Shippped in packaging that made me nervous, but man, it's like this device was never used! Great price and teceived fairly quickly 👌🏾

The string trimmer pieces could not be fit easily. Had to watch multiple videos to realize it was supposed to be very easy. Finally had to force it in after struggling for a long time
