Right box received, but it only came with 2 2ah batteries

Got the right box n everything but it only came with 2 2 ah batteries instead of the 2 and the 4 so I'm a little disappointed. Thought I was getting a 4 & a 2 for a good deal but I don't know.

the tool does not work

I received the multi tool and it is very clean. the only problem is that it does not work.
I have aske for a refund or a replancement but have heard nothing from secondipty.
I am fustrated.

Had purchased in July but did not set up until September - when my speakers arrived - now get a "protector" error code. Know issue - so would stay away from - all other purchases at Secondipity have been great - but first electronics purchase resulted in an expensive door stop
