Used item with visible hairs - overall majority of time I get the item expected but around 10-20% of time you may get a subpar or not as ordered item.

Biggest complaint is that the items don’t come in a reusable package so if you get something not as ordered you are responsible for finding packaging to return the item. Becomes a big hassle … probably the main reason I don’t order more.

With that said, and that limitation/headache, the return process is otherwise straightforward. I think that’s because they reasonably know there is a decent chance of not getting the item as ordered.

Overall the item is as described excepting the used and not new description.

The electric razor appears to be sleek, easy to charge (well suspect it is as it was also missing the usb-c charging cable).

If I had received the actual item plus charging cable I would give a 5/5.
