Purchased this item in “new condition”. Upon opening, I found it was damaged and couldn’t be assembled. A piece of the screw broke off and is stuck. Both of my “new” items in this order were NOT in new condition. Disappointed because all of my previous orders were great, but not this time.

I’m always hesitant to order from new companies that I’m unfamiliar with. I took a chance as I’ve really wanted a set of Bala bangles. When they arrived yesterday, I opened the box and there was only ONE bangle (not two that the set comes with) in the box. I would think this could be remedied by the company sending me either the missing bangle or a new set. However customer service told me that I must box up the product, bring it to a UPS store and request a replacement (I also have to pay extra for the replacement up front, as I used a promo code that doesn’t apply to the exchanged product). That’s a lot of effort for something that was Secondipitys error. It’s not that I simply don’t want the bangles, they weren’t checked before shipping out. Very disappointed by the lack of care.
