Missing Items

I received the package quickly. Unfortunately the battery and charger were missing from the box. I have shipped the package back. I ordered another blower with battery and charge which I received today. It is also missing the battery and charger (the box even says on the outside "Missing Battery" though it did include what appears to be a bag of shower door parts. It would be one star but the shipping has been fast and so far customer service has been responsive.
