Not working and missing a Charger

This site is scam their products don’t work and it is missing the charger so basically I paid $59 for a battery and a bag the drill is broken and the charger is missing stay away from such scam website

The item arrived missing the charger

The item arrived missing the charger, no response from the horrible customer service I had to file a case with PayPal in order to get the $20 the cost of used charger off eBay
No thank you will not be using this site again it is just rip off I read the reviews before and it says items arrived damaged or missing parts and that’s exactly what happened missing parts and terrible packaging I was lucky no further damage to the item
