Buyer beware...part 2

Thank-you for the reply, but I can't return it via the portal...as per attached image.

The initial review was provided only after trying to call customer service on Jan 28th.
At the time I tried to persuade them that a full refund (based on return of item) wasn't necessary, and that I'd gladly take a partial refund for the mix-up, instead I was refused a return or a partial refund on a minor technicality (noted on previous review).

I believe that a partial refund is the most cost effective and fair way to deal with this, for both myself as well as the Secondipity.

Buyer beware...Pay for what you see and get less...but still your fault (mixed product & package)

On a small technicality I can't get a resolution. I respect the policy, but when the seller accidentally ships the wrong item, it's simply out of the consumer's hands, regardless of what path the item took to get to the customer.

Purchased a Milwaukee XC5.0 battery at a great deal and ended up receiving an XC3.0 at not such a great deal after all.

The item was received Jan. 13 and personally picked up on the 17th. Typically packages to that address get forwarded to me in Canada, but that weekend (Jan 17th) I was 20 min away in Tonawanda, helping a good friend who was moving up from Stephenson, Virginia.

Once I saw the XC5.0 on the package, I placed it in the back seat and never looked back until I got home and noticed that below the XC5.0, the battery itself was labeled as an XC3.0.

Please see the attached pictures, which are still in the package I picked it up in, which to me appears to be the original package it was shipped in by Secondipity.
