I ordered my pair during a promotion, so I got an unbelievable price for an incredible headset. The package arrived in a nondescript brown box, but everything inside was secured nicely in some of the best bubble wrap I’ve ever seen.

When I pulled the case from the wrapping, I was in awe—I couldn’t believe they were basically new. Sure, that’s what you expect with “certified refurbished,” but I didn’t anticipate them being essentially brand new. Even the cables and airplane adapter came with the original stickers and wrappers.

The headset itself works flawlessly; I’ve used it for about a week now, including multiple 6-hour work sessions. The battery life is as advertised (around 30 hours) with some features turned off (like Speak to Pause and multi-device pairing).

Comfort is unreal—I hardly even notice they’re on.

I’d recommend these to anyone in the market for a headset, especially if you’re looking to save money. Secondipity is a no-brainer now!
