Thank-you for the reply, but I can't return it via the portal...as per attached image.
The initial review was provided only after trying to call customer service on Jan 28th.
At the time I tried to persuade them that a full refund (based on return of item) wasn't necessary, and that I'd gladly take a partial refund for the mix-up, instead I was refused a return or a partial refund on a minor technicality (noted on previous review).
I believe that a partial refund is the most cost effective and fair way to deal with this, for both myself as well as the Secondipity.

Although I fully expected the item to be an open box, and/or a store return, what I didn't expect that both batteries had been pretty well beat up and used to the point that neither of them worked at all. To add insult to injury, not only did I have to then take the time to take them to a UPS Store to return them, Secondipity offered to replace them, if I paid the additional difference between the sale price when I bought them, to what they were then selling the item for. I'll be thinking twice before buying from them again.

Nice speaker
Headset came and worked perfectly just had to tweak the sound settings a bit as well as the mic. One thing though if you get this headset and plan on using it to talk is that the mic that comes with it isn’t too good, so i’d recommend this headset + a decent desk mic.
Battery charged like it should and I saved a ton. Very happy!
On time delivery and it is working as expected
