I received a non- fuel oscillating tool in the fuel box. Item was exchanged, but I had to wait for the new one to arrive, and return the other. This is also not the first time something like this has happened with secondipity.

Right box received, but it only came with 2 2ah batteries

Got the right box n everything but it only came with 2 2 ah batteries instead of the 2 and the 4 so I'm a little disappointed. Thought I was getting a 4 & a 2 for a good deal but I don't know.

the tool does not work

I received the multi tool and it is very clean. the only problem is that it does not work.
I have aske for a refund or a replancement but have heard nothing from secondipty.
I am fustrated.
