Almost what was ordered

Received item which still had the RTV (return to vender) tag on it where a Home Depot returned it to Ryobi (TTI - Techtronic Industries, owner of Ryobi). Item is dirty, dusty. Charger is dirty, scratched, well used. Battery is not the 18v 4AH battery as listed on the Home Depot site. Instead it is a 18v 1.3AH P102 no longer sold by Home Depot. Battery is well used, scratch. Now way the charger and bettery were the ones Order and pulled by a Home Depot employee on 9/11/24. Obviously someone purchased and returned item, somewhere along the line a less powerful used battery was put in the box.
