Ryobi 18v vacuum

They say New: It arrived Dirty with hair wrapped around the brush. VERAY used.
It stated it comes with a 4ah Battery. There was no battery in the box.
I recommend you do not purchase from this Company.

Hoping Secondipity was going to resolve missing & broken parts

We just went through Hurricane Milton. Unit came w/o Crevice tool and a cord cut charger which was useless. Needed for cleanup, I bought a replacement charger so I can use the battery. Customer support had no solutions but just return the unit,. Now I have a unit that I way overpaid when I bought a charger on my own (plus no crevice tool). I wish at least they would offer some credit as this unit is totally useless to them if I return it. Sad.
