So glad I ordered from Secondipity, I'd seen other listings for the speaker other places that had various damage or wear but the unit I received from Secondipity was brand new; Flawless, clean, packaged well. Setup and pairing was smooth and the quality of the product is really really good. I will likely buy another soon now that I know the condition of what they send so that I can use the stereo and party connect features.
The estimate was 2-4 days but here it is 10 days later and I never received it. I’ve reached out to secondipity by email 3 times with zero response. I called and got someone on the phone who told me to wait after it hadn’t shipped out 3 days after I purchased the speaker. USPS can’t tell me where my purchase is. The USPS website said one location so I offered to go pick it up but when I called they said it wasn’t there. A total distaster. Poor customer service is why I will go back to Amazon.

I absolutely love my new speakers. They are just what I was looking for.
With a bit of tuning through the app, this is a really good sounding speaker and a good value for the price.
