I purchased this because it was brand new and priced much better than anywhere else. I was surprised it cost the same as the refurbished ones on the site. I’ve owned this model before and really liked it. It fits better than the XM4 version, but I lost mine in an Uber, so I needed a replacement.
Order a brand new pair of Sony WF1000XM5/B from them but received an used pair. The earbuds are worn out and covered in earwax! I will never buy again from this company. It is going back to the seller!

I ordered the Sony WF1000XM5 in NEW condition from Secondipity. They sent me a clearly used pair not once but TWICE. Do not buy directly from them, their customer service will not be able to do anything to help you. They will just direct you to their returns portal.

Once this is done, the system will provide a label for you and an option for a refund or a replacement if any are available. This item is marked as "new" but the actual earbuds I received are clearly used(even with previous user's information) with marks. I am going to return this. Buyers should carefully check the item after receiving it(recommend to compare with the unboxing videos online).
