Sold as NEW, received USED

The product box was not sealed or shrink-wrapped. The pads showed signs of wear and there was a stain on the frame. The protective clear liner that should have been on the headphones was curled up beside them. The audio prompts on the headphones are in Spanish. WTF!

Do NOT buy from this seller. Product page says new, but received used. Rep suggested to request for replacement and took down my previous review, but replacement unit arrived and it's still used

Poor packaging and misleading product condition

The box that they came in was severely damaged and the headphones aren't new. They were poorly put in the case causing creases to the case and earpads.

Product Condition

Don't buy from this store. I ordered a pair of these new and they came opened and aren't even in the original plastic. Stickers all over the box too. Wouldn't even give me a replacement saying it's out of stock when there are listings of the same item and condition in stock.
