I purchased this item as a Christmas present for my grandson. As my daughter began to assemble and turn it on, she heard a command that indicated that this item was previously used in another household. Meaning, it was a returned item. When I purchased the item it advertised as "New". This is obviously not the truth and I feel like I got scammed. Trying to figure out how to return it.

The Diaper Genie is great, but buyer beware... This set definitely does not provide a year supply of refills. Only lasted 2 months. False advertising from manufacturer.
