They are absolutely great it takes a little to get used to buy I love them. Only issues I had was that inside the ear there is a ANC mic and the rubber case it had wasn't on and was rolling around in there but its a easy fix just at to put it back on and that the hinges creak im not sure if all the hinges creak but mines do.

Upgrading from the model 3 generations ago. The ANC is better, the microphones are better for calls(by a lot) and the transparency mode blows the older ones out of the water. This was my second purchase from Secondipty, the 1st was from their ebay page and I have to say just like the 1st the product looked brand new with all accessories included. It will show up repackaged in a plain brown box but aside from that you'd never know the product was a refurb.

I was excited to get these and I really, really wanted to love them, but I didn't it. The headband felt hard against the top of my head. Not much cushion. My head was sore when I wore them for more than an hour. The cups also didn't fit well on the sides of my head. The bottom of the cups felt like they were digging into my jaw. That said, the sound was good, but not great. I wanted some wireless ANCs for flights and such, but I still lean to straight wired headphones for sound quality. I returned them.

Amazing noise canceling, the fit is a little tight. No issues with it being second-hand.
